Q: Can I do a custom order? 

A: Custom orders are always welcome! Just click on contact seller, and request away!  

 

Q: Do you offer a discount on multiple items? 

A: Yes I do! If you purchase multiple items, you will receive a 20% discount off the entire purchase! No need to contact me up front, I will refund you the difference after purchase.

 

Q: How do you ensure shipments will arrive intact? 

A: One of a Kind Hard to Find shipments are packed and shipped in such a way as to ensure safe delivery, using bubble wrap, boxes and quality padded envelopes.  

 

Q: Will my package be insured? 

A: If you would like insurance please notify me ahead of time so that I can update your invoice. I cannot be responsible for damage or loss in the mail, please consider this when deciding on insurance for those items that ship without it!  

 

Q: Do you offer returns or exchanges? 

A: Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged. If, however, they need repaired due to an issue on my end, I will, of course repair them at no charge. All other merchandise is refundable within 14 days of receipt of the item, minus, of course, shipping charges. Please contact me within 3 days of receipt, then return in original packaging with original tags, in the same condition as received. Please notify me before leaving feedback if you are unhappy for any reason. I will work with you to resolve any issues. I am not, however, responsible for loss or damage by the Postal Service. Please consider this when deciding on insurance.
